At CYMER5, we offer low level services that are tailored to treat anxiety, stress, low mood, adjustment reaction and much more.  £50 Per session (£45 children)

  • We can offer up to 10 sessions (Online or F2F)

Mental Health First Aid Wales Licensed instructor (Online) £198 PP. All resources are provided.

Face to face - 2 days 
Online - 6 hours over 2 days. This includes self study.

All courses are tailored by OCTC (Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre). 
(Online or F2F).

Bi- Weekly structured sessions (1.5hrs)
Maximun 4 participants per course.

  • Building self esteem ( 7 sessions) £280
  • Managing depression (8 sessions) £320
  • Anger Management (4 sessions) £180

All courses equate to £50 per 1.5hr session.
